He was in the midst of his classic album collaborations with Nelson Riddle and his Hollywood career was also in the ascendant. Two years earlier he had won his Academy Award for “From Here To Eternity” and 1955 was the year of “The Man With The Golden Arm”. This concert therefore finds him at the peak of his vocal power in front of an enthusiastic audience. Features many of Frank’s most popular numbers.
